Site Plan & Measurements
Please email us if you already have a site plan or property measurement! If you do not have a site plan, that's totally fine! Expect a team member to call you within a week of to schedule a measurement appointment.

Inspiration Photos
While you wait for our technician to measure your property and submit to our design team, collect some photos (3 or more) that represent the style of design you're dreaming of! Don't worry, this won't hinder our creative flow. We just want to make sure we are on the same page before we start designing your Dream! This step needs to be completed before you meet your designer in the next step.

Finalizing The Design
Feel free to reach out to your designer any time via email or phone. Once we have created a design you love, please let your designer know so that your project can be sent to our bid team, where we will put together an estimate for the build.

Estimate Reveal
Once your estimate is ready, we will reach out to you to schedule an estimate review meeting and go over each item, line by line, to make sure we have all the details you were looking for. We understand that changes may need to be made to move forward and are happy to redesign, if necessary so that your estimate can be tailored to your needs.
Meet The Designer
Please allow two business days to hear from your designer for the initial design meeting. In this meeting, they will go over your wish-list and get an idea of your personal style so that they can begin your design!

Initial Design Reveal
In 1-3 weeks your designer will reach out to you personally via email to set up a screen share meeting and walk you through the design they've come up with. Your honest feedback is appreciated and allows your designer to make any changes that may be necessary.
